Some of our services
Through its MIA licence, Ordinant is able to provide a range of repacking solutions for clients including over-labelling, re-boxing, application of serialisation codes and tamper evident seals. The team at Ordinant also has experience in the preparation and distribution of professional sample packs.
In addition to the MIA and MS licences, Ordinant holds a WDA (H) and can provide pharmaceutical wholesale services to clients. This service is primarily for smaller companies with specialist products who may have unusual distribution requirements that cannot easily be accommodated in the major national pharmaceutical wholesalers. Ordinant can provide a 'white label' service on behalf of clients.
Ordinant can provide a sourcing and importation service for so called "named patient" unlicensed medicines from outside the EEA. It can also provide a translation and re-labelling service for these medicines, extending to replacement of foreign language patient information leaflets with UK English versions. For EEA licensed medicines, Ordinant can also provide a third country importation and QP release service into the EEA.
The team at Ordinant has a wealth of experience in the UK market in both primary and secondary care and can provide consultancy advice. Ordinant also works with a number of close partners to provide solutions for clients with unusual distribution requirements.
Ordinant has an in-house regulatory service that can assist in applications for licences through the MHRA. It can also provide consultancy on label and PIL text and layout.
GDP responsible person (RP)
The requirements for GDP and the associated Quality Management System (QMS) are becoming increasingly complex and onerous. Ordinant can provide consultancy services in this area and the services of a contract RP.
